Customer Service Representative
This course prepares adults for entry-level positions as a customer service representative. The topics covered include communications skills, problem solving, courtesy, confidentiality, and responsibility-in both retail and non-retail settings.

Health Care Series
This series covers basic skills, key concepts, terms and tasks that are required knowledge for health care workers. Through lesson explanations and scored testing, students learn how to complete required tasks and define key terms.
Home Care Aide
This course is for adults who wish to work as Home Care Aides. It thoroughly covers the skills needed to be a Home Care Aide-including applying for a position, anatomy, physiology, medication, and skills working with patients of all ages.

Health Care Worker
This course is divided into twenty-one chapters covering a health care worker’s skills, everything from applying for a job, to skills in working with people. It is more comprehensive than the Home Care Aide course.

Nurse Assistant
Covering basic skills instruction required for an entry-level position as a Nurse Assistant, this curriculum offers the content of ISI’s Health Care Worker course, along with additional chapters focusing on aging and special patient care.
